I was active as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Coach helping People in all Age-groups reaching their goals and motivated them to become a better versions of themself.
 

In that regard I see a lot of cross-points between a User-Experience Designer and a Coach by giving small advices to continuously improve step by step and shaping a better tomorrow.

Blood stands for the life you put in the Projects. Sweat represents the energy you give to continuously improve on the subjects. Respect is the base that should be given, beeing mindful of Peoples situations and listening to the problems they bring to you.
